Tour Objective:

The objective of the HR Tour is to enable the participants grasp the fundamentals of select elements of world class HR Practices for long term organizational building.

Tour Destination:

The Tour is going to visit the establishments of Larsen and Toubro (L&T Knowledge City) (www.larsentoubro.com), Essar Steel Ltd (www.essar.com), General Motors (www.gm.com) and Gujarat Alkalis and Chemicals Ltd (GACL) (www.gacl.com). These companies will share their best practices of HR for which they are well known.

Tour Structure:

The tour will comprise of half day Visit to the company whereas half day capacity building session on the specific domain of HR.
