· To share case histories and to refresh the knowledge of laws related to contract labour

Prof Madan Lal Jand is a retired Senior Class I Officer from the Indian Railways. He belonged to IRPS Cadre. He is an MA, LLB Gold Medalist, MICA and ITS (
